Right of access
You may ask whether we process your personal data and request a copy of the data concerning you.
Right to rectification
You may request correction of inaccurate personal data or completion of incomplete data.
Right to erasure
In certain circumstances you may request deletion of your data, unless a legal obligation or another valid legal basis requires continued retention.
Right to restriction
You may request temporary restriction of processing in the circumstances provided by the GDPR.
Right to data portability
Where applicable, you may request your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
Right to object
Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Withdrawal of consent
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
How to exercise your rights
You can submit a request using the contact details published on the Contact page. To protect your privacy, we may ask for reasonable proof of identity before acting on a request.
Requests are handled without undue delay and within the time limits prescribed by the GDPR.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Croatia, this is the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
